The VisitsReport shows the number of times the site has been visited per week. When somebody browses to the site, this counts as one visits. If they then browse to a different site and return to the site within 30 minutes, this will still count as one visit.
The UniqueVisitorsReport is as above but is a count of the unique visitors. For example, a person visiting the site 50 times per week will count as 1 unique visitor per week.
These are the two most important stats when it comes to websites as it shows the number of individuals visiting a site but also gives and indication of how often they visit.
